Program Name: Puetz Construction SMS Programs (including the Birdie Juice promotional campaign)

Program Description: Puetz Construction LLC operates SMS messaging programs to deliver promotional rewards, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on missed calls. Each program is initiated by the user — either by texting a designated keyword to a Puetz Construction phone number, by providing a phone number through our website, or by calling and missing a connection.

Message Frequency: Frequency varies by program. The Birdie Juice promotional campaign sends a single SMS in response to your opt-in keyword. Other programs may send occasional follow-up messages as part of an ongoing customer relationship.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent for that program.

Supported Carriers: Programs are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
