Mobile Information & SMS Communications
Puetz Construction, LLC operates SMS messaging programs that customers and prospects may opt into by texting designated keywords to our business phone numbers, or by providing their phone number through our website or in-person interactions.
Information we collect through SMS programs: When you opt into an SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the keyword you texted, and the date and time of your opt-in. If you complete an associated form (such as our Birdie Juice promotional campaign), we may also collect your name, email address, and the location where you found our promotional materials.
How we use this information: Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the message or reward associated with the program you opted into, to respond to your inquiries, and to comply with applicable laws.
No sharing for marketing purposes: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the SMS program (such as our SMS service provider Twilio, our reward fulfillment provider Tremendous, and our automation provider Zapier) is permitted only to deliver the services you have requested. These subcontractors are contractually obligated to protect your information and not use it for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency and rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by program. Most promotional programs send a single message in response to your opt-in.
Opt-out: You can opt out of any SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@puetzconstruction.com or 507-932-8806.
